How are cancel policies handled? If the cancel policy comes back from the supplier iin text format, can ZentrumHub parse it into fielded content so it can be consumed in a standard manner? Can rules be applied to this data to add padding of the cancel date?

For the "cancellationPolicies" (under “rates”), is the “rules” section always available in the response?
