How are cancel policies handled? If the cancel policy comes back from the supplier iin text format, can ZentrumHub parse it into fielded content so it can be consumed in a standard manner? Can rules be applied to this data to add padding of the cancel date?

For the "cancellationPolicies" (under “rates”), is the “rules” section always available in the response?

Does your api response return all the rates returned from suppliers for given hotel or is there an option to receive only best rate for particular room type? For example suppliers A, B, C and D return same standard king room with prices $100,101,102,103 or can I opt to get only $100 one?

Are the primary guest’s nationality and countryOfResidence optional in the initial hotel search request? Assuming they are optional, if they are not provided, what will happen to nationality based rates and rates with restrictions on the guest’s country of residence? Is this related to the "allowedCountries" in the Room and Rates response (under “rates”)? Why have both country of residence and nationality?

In the Hotel Search Result response (sample partially pasted below), a. is the rate the lowest rate available for hotel id 12345 and is provided by EAN? The “rate” is an array, so can be multiple. If multiple, what are the criteria? b. Is this rate(s) specific for the request? For example, if the hotel has a $100 rate for a room for 2 adults, but for 4 adults the lowest rate is $150, and we submit a request for 4 adults, will the response return $100 or $150?

Can the Hotel Search Request include “type” or "category", e.g. if we want only properties with “type”= “hotel” or “resort” (or “category” = “resort” or “motel”)?

How does ZetrumHub decide where the room images/descriptions get sourced from? Does this come from Vervotech (assuming we are subscribed) or directly from suppliers? Is there some sort of biasing or hierarchy if we are partnered with say Expedia, Booking, Priceline, and HotelBeds? What room level information source options are possible? How does the system ensure that if a booked room with supplier A (but getting room level information from a different source) is displaying specific room descriptions/images? Where does this happen between Vervotech and ZentrumHub?

1. Hotel static content - is there an option to download static content on a regular basis, or does it have to be retrieved via the Get Hotel Content API as part of the booking workflow? There is some basic content that we need locally based on the way our product is architected today including hotel id, hotel name, hotel address, star rating, latitude/longitude, phone number.
